Start with Relic Shield, which upgrades to Bulwark of the Mountain. Knight's Vow got cheaper in 7.3 and redirects the marksman's damage to Braum, and Warmog's Armor, adjusted in 7.3b, gives the health and regeneration he needs to stay in front during the fight.

Swap Font of Life for Unshakeable against teams with lots of slows, or when Braum holds fights near several enemies.

Swap Nimbus Cloak for Legend: Haste in games with long fights, to have the E and the ultimate more often.
